Our Little Princess

The title speaks for itself.
This image was from before Lili came home, but I just love it so much that I had to share it.

We survived our first night with Lili home. She is doing so well and seems so happy. She has shed a few tears, but all babies cry and we just need to keep learning what it is she wants when she cries. We are starting to get a little bit of a routine down. We even have time to do things around the house without having to stay up late to get them done. I guess that's how things go when you don't have to spend half of your day every day at a hospital. I can't say we miss that place but we certainly miss the people. Thank you everyone at St. John's for helping us get home!

We love the princess picture. We cannot even imagine how happy and excited you guys are- you have waited over three months for this moment. You sounded so relieved and relaxed tonight on the phone-you must be on cloud nine!! She looks so beautiful and content-right where she belongs in her bedroom. She is one blessed little girl to have parents like the two of you- we know that you will raise Liliana to be the most confident person ever. Logan is anxious to meet his cousin so you let us know when it works for you. We will pray that things continue to go as smooth as they have with her transition home. We love you guys!! Uncle Steve, Aunt Vicky, and Logan

Words just really can't say how happy we are for you guys.
We love this picture of Liliana too. In fact I just came up to the computer to print 2 copies of it for Grandma & Grandpa Loveland, and Grandma Carrabino. Grandma Carrabino got wind of the cute pictures and left me a message on my phone at work that I better be getting them over to her.
We hope you guys have a good night tonight. Call us when you get a few spare minutes.
Love, Nana and Papa

Hi you guys. I'm glad everything is going well at home. What a beautiful picture!!! She sure is a little princess!!! I worked last night and her spot in 1-1 looked so funny without her there. I kept expecting to see her. I am so glad that she is home now where she can grow and really have achance to develop that sparkling personality a little more.

I found your blog through your brother's blog and try to keep up with you and your daughters progress. I am so happy for y'all that she is home with her family now. At first when I started reading your blog I wondered why things like this happen to people, but afer a while, seeing how you and your wife are trying to raise awareness and money to fight muscular diseases, I know things things happen for a reason.Your daughter couldn't have had any better of a mom and a dad in the world. You are truely blessed for having such a beautiful little girl who is a fighter, and she will forever always be blessed for having the both of you.You guys are in my thoughts and prayers, and again I'm happy for y'all that she's finally home.

THANK YOU ST. JOHNS NICU!!!! We made it home and we are doing great! We could not have done it without you and we count our blessings each and every day that wonderful people such as yourselves have devoted your lives to helping others! Like David said, we dont miss the hospital but we certainly miss the nurses and doctors that so lovingly cared for Liliana. Thank you for helping us get our little angel home! Our love and prayers will always be with you and your families. We cant wait to "stop in and visit" - Keep in touch!
David, LeeAnn & Liliana Sue
